October Meeting !

BMW ROK will be meeting at The Time Warp Tea Room again this month.

The meeting will be on Monday October 6, 2008. Eating and socializing at 6:00 and meetings starts at 7:00. We hope to see you there.

The Time Warp is located at 1209 North Central, Knoxville

Here are driving directions by the President:

You can get there from I-275 via either of these exits: Woodland Street from the north, or Baxter Avenue from the south.

Whichever exit you pick, go east on that street til you hit North Central. There's a traffic light on each choice.

From Woodland, make a right turn on Central, and the Warp will be on your right.

From Baxter, make a left on Central, and the Warp will be on your left.

When leaving, if you intend to tak I-40 west, Take the Woodland ramp onto I-275, because they have installed the picket fence thing on the Baxter Avenue entrance to thwart your from crossing three lanes of traffic to make the I-40 west ramp. You have been warned...

About all I have to discuss will be what happened at the Rally, past club rides, and what are we going to do for a Christmas event.

Oh yeah, and if you want to run for a club office, now's the time to brush up on your campaign speech...

Anyway, see ya there, parking is on the sidewalk out front, or the lot in the back of the building.

BMW ROK Election '08

Don't forget it the time of year when everyone gets the opportunity to step up and truly make a difference in our Club. Novemeber is Officer Election Month and there is plenty of positions and opportunities to go around. Everyone plan to come out for the November meeting and step up and be counted.

If you havn't already done so, don't forget to pay those dues. Send it on in folks and lets plump the coffers up a bit. You can find an application form for BMW ROK membership on the Contact Us Page. You can print it and mail it along with a check to the address listed, or fill it out and bring it to the next meeting. We'll gladly take your dues either way.
